This service is designed to help clients who have straightforward Will or power of attorney needs and who do not require specific legal advice. Our user-friendly web forms allow you to provide all the necessary information for your document in a simple and efficient manner. Once you have filled out the form, it will generate your Will or power of attorney document, based on the information you have provided.

We understand that the legal process can often be overwhelming, and that is why we have streamlined the process for you. Our aim is to provide a convenient and cost-effective option for clients who require a basic Will or power of attorney, but who do not need or want to engage the services of a solicitor.

It is important to note that this service does not establish a solicitor-client relationship, and we do not provide legal advice. The service is strictly limited to generating simple or standard Wills and powers of attorney based on the information provided by you.  Read our terms and condtions of use here.

There are a number of screening questions on the web forms to ensure that the document is suitable for you.

Once your document has been generated, we will send it to you along with instructions on how to sign it correctly. We recommend that you carefully review your document before signing it and seek legal advice if you have any questions or concerns.

If you have any queries about our self-prepared Will and power of attorney service, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to help and will be more than happy to assist you. Thank you for considering our service.
